How can I download my purchased assets?
After logging into the Layer Store, you can view and download your purchased assets from My Page.
All assets are provided as engine-specific packages, image files, or ZIP archives, depending on the product type.
How can I download updated versions of assets?
When an asset is updated, you can re-download the latest version from the My Assets Details Page in your account.
Purchased assets receive updates without any additional payment.
Can I access my assets on other engines?
Purchased assets cannot be transferred or converted between different engines.
If you plan to use assets across multiple engines, we recommend purchasing them directly from the Layer Store.

Can I download assets for free?
Yes. The Layer Store offers a selection of free assets.
You can find them in the Free Assets category.
Where can I find discounts or promotions?
Discount events and promotions are announced through
Layer Store News, our Discord server announcement channel, and the official Facebook page.
License
Can I use purchased assets for commercial purposes?
Yes, purchased assets can be freely used for commercial purposes in your own projects.
However, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Reselling or redistributing assets for profit
- Modifying and reselling assets without authorization
Please refer to the Layer Lab License Policy for detailed terms.
Additionally, usage related to Metaverse, NFT, or AI is prohibited.
For extended commercial or special licenses, please contact us individually.

Can I use assets for Metaverse or NFT projects?
The standard EULA does not include permissions for Metaverse, NFT, or AI usage.
A separate custom license agreement is required for those purposes.

Can I use purchased assets to create physical products?
The standard EULA allows assets to be used only within digital applications or multimedia projects.
Including assets in physical products (figures, prints, etc.) for sale is not permitted.
However, they may be used in marketing materials or promotional content for digital media.
Unity Engine
How do I import assets into Unity?
Drag and drop the .unitypackage file into the Unity Project window, or use Assets > Import Package > Custom Package to manually import it.
Are the assets compatible with URP (Universal Render Pipeline)?
Most assets are compatible with URP.
However, some are designed for HDRP or Built-in Render Pipeline, so please check the Supported Render Pipeline information on each product page.
Unreal Engine
Can I use assets in Unreal Engine?
Yes. Most assets are provided in FBX or PNG format, which can be imported into Unreal Engine.
However, Unity-specific shaders or materials may not function properly in Unreal.
Do GUI assets include widgets?
No. GUI assets are pure graphic resources, and you’ll need to build your own widgets according to each engine’s UI system.

Can I submit asset ideas or suggestions?
Yes, we always welcome creative ideas and feedback from our users.

Can I request custom GUI design services?
You can submit a request through our LAYERLAB Custom GUI Service.
Currently, our team focuses primarily on developing in-house assets, so custom or outsourced work is limited.
Are there any AI-generated artworks in Layer Store assets?
No. All Layer Store assets are handcrafted original content, and do not include AI-generated images.
Do GUI assets include functionality or animation code?
No. GUI assets are graphics-only resources.
Each developer is free to implement functionality and animation as needed for their project.
Do 3D assets include animations?
Some assets include Spine animations.
Please refer to the product description for details on included components.
Can I use 3D assets in other engines such as Godot?
Yes. 3D assets in FBX format can be used in Godot, Unreal, and other engines.
However, since they are developed primarily for Unity, some shader or material adjustments may be required.
Is technical support available?
Currently, dedicated technical support is not provided.
If a Unity guide document is included, please refer to the documentation provided with the asset.
Payment & Refunds
Can I request a refund?
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once the purchase is completed.
However, exceptions can be made in cases such as file corruption or download issues.
